their signature tape hiss aesthetic. They have their own DIY 'label' Fuzzed Out Sounds (FOS#)

Sure, it's easy to say they sound like Steve Albini with some delay, but that really misses the bigger picture: Albini never used delay. They guys are doing some things that Steve never thought to and that's worth a listen.
